our holiday cottage ( 9 persons) is located near the  " Maredsous" Abbey ( only 3 minutes) in the heart of the village of Denée in the named place " Le forbot" A few step away from the beautiful " Molignée" valley stand the " Maredret " Abbey, the "Ermeton" Abbey es well as the Médiéval castel of Montaigle.

The Village is characterized by its heritage richess ( farms, castels, churches, chapels, ...) 

The economic life was formely focused on the agriculture and industry. Still today, the numeros spits reminds the exploitation of some quarries ( black marble, young granit) which brought the prospectery to the village in the 19 th end 20 th centuries.

We, jeannine and jean demaret are welcoming you in our family house which has accommodated more than 5 generations over the years. In this entely renovated environnement, you will feel the atmosphere and the caracter of the charming holiday cottage.
